The short version

I've spent 20+ years leading large-scale transformation programmes across healthcare, government, financial services, and complex multi-agency environments. Programmes worth £100m+ where failure isn't abstract and the pressure never really lets up.

Over that time, I kept seeing the same pattern. Capable people, held back by broken systems. Too much governance. Too many meetings. Decisions that got relitigated three times before they landed. Good people working evenings and weekends, not because they weren't trying hard enough, but because the system around them was leaking.

That's why I built Change OS. Not another framework to memorise. A practical operating system. Simple mechanisms that change the defaults. Decision routines. Cadence. Clarity. The things that let teams deliver without heroics.

I work as a coach, consultant, facilitator, and trainer. The through-line is always the same: help leaders and teams replace chaos with something that works.
